It's amazing the fun nightlife you can find in a sleeply little town like San Clemente. Our family moved here a little over a year ago and I love the fact that you can drive the streets at 9pm at night and find nobody out. Maybe not - they are probably all on Del Mar Ave at The Shore Restaurant and Bar.
We went to check it out and were amazed at the cool, sleek looking interior for this beach town. It looked like a lounge in Scottsdale, AZ - very hip.
Disappointments - We were drawn in by a chalk board with a dinner special ($18 for salad and your choice of fillet, Mahi Mahi, lamb and another selection I forgot) and then tried to order that special only to be told that it ended 2 minutes before we ordered! The lamb was over-done. The service was pretty slow - at least three times we had to flag down other servers to get our server to assist us with our needs.
The good - the ambiance was very nice and the California Chicken sandwich was pretty yummy - a bit small - so if you're super hungry don't order this dish.
This would be an awesome place to celebrate a birthday or start the night for a bachelor or bachelorette party. The back lounge/bar area was crowded for a Thursday night and the music sounded good. I can only assume the drinks were yummy because they kept flowing to the patrons as they celebrated the almost-end-of-the-week.
Whenever you're going to enjoy some cocktails order an Orange County Limo or Orange County car service so you can enjoy without the fear of drinking and driving!

Orange county is pretty spread out - so there is not one singular "hot spot" to speak of which can make planning your night a little overwhelming. Below is a list of hot spots throughout Orange County:
House of Blues - Anaheim located at Downtown Disney features some of the biggest acts sometimes like B.B. King and Alicia Keys.
Sutra - a lounge bar located in Costa Mesa that features ultra-cool music and a wonderfully laid out exotic interior with upscale clientèle and the occasional celebrity. Friday and Saturday nights.
Shark Club - also in Costa Mesa has a full menu with dishes like Fettuccinini Alfredo and Chicken Tacos. Play billiards, dance enjoy the two fireplaces and 2,000 gallon shark tank. Open Thur, Fri and Sat with a trendy/fashionable dress code (no sneakers).
Steamers Jazz Club and Cafe located in Fullerton is a club and cafe serving up great food and drinks and playing sexy smooth jazz music.
Irvine and Brea Improv - what nightclub rundown would be complete without a little comedy! Great comedians and drinks and a nice intimate setting so you can really enjoy your favorite comedian.
Mosun & Club M's is the epitome of Orange County chic - a sushi restaurant and club that is open Monday through Saturday and is very popular with the local Laguna Beach crowd.
Whatever you do when you plan our night out to these awesome clubs make sure and plan your transportation - designate a driver, take a cab or book an Orange County Limo or Orange County car service!

Everybody who lives in Southern California knows that traffic is bad. Really bad. And you never know how bad it is going to be. You can use tools like Traffic.com - which we do before we head out of the office toward clients. But you never know if something is going to happen right before you get to that exit on the freeway. Or that overpass.
Part of the issue is that there are not "surface roads" that you can take as an alternative to get from city to city. It's the freeway or no-way.
As a chauffeured transportation business in Orange County - it is our job to get to your destination on time. No matter what. No excuses of traffic being bad holding us up. We MUST be there on time. In the chauffeured transportation business when you're on time you are late.
So don't worry about your pick up time for the limousine, party bus or Towncar when you rent with us. What you might consider is how long it will really take when you are heading from Orange County to a nightclub in San Diego - or a concert in Los Angeles - or the Morongo Casino in Cabazon. Sure if you map the distance with Google maps it might help you plan your night. But anything can happen and it might be off. You might need more time than anticipated - especially if your event is time sensitive like a concert.
Consider factors like the day of the week too. Friday afternoon traffic is nuts as people try to head out-of-town. So planning a Temecula wine tour would be fantastic on a Wednesday afternoon - but possibly a boring sit in traffic on a Friday.
The good news about hiring an Orange County limo is that you don't have to worry about fighting the traffic. You can relax with your cocktails as our chauffeurs navigate and thread their way through the snarly mess. The bummer is if you drink too much the required potty breaks can create even more of a delay. . . .
Do you have experience with traffic in Southern California? Has it ever made you late for fun events? Has hiring a limo helped you fight traffic before? Tell us your stories in the comments below!!

Sure the crowds are thick as you walk around Downtown Disney. But there is so much to look at - especially if you have a little buzz-on from the cocktails you enjoyed while inside the Orange County Limo. A visit to House of Blues is a must-destination for special occasions or just a night-on-the-town. Especially when great bands are playing.
The food is great at the House of Blues - greens, cornbread, gumbo, and jambalaya are only a few of the yummy choices. And don't forget the Gospel Brunch on Sundays with live gospel and even more food choices.
If there is not music playing on the night you visit - you can sit on the patio and watch the roaming musicians that play throughout Downtown Disney. Of course there is also the nightly incredible fireworks display from the Disneyland park.
House of Blues is a sensory extravaganza. Great food, drinks, people watching, music, fireworks. It is an awesome place to celebrate!
What is really cool about taking an Orange County limo to House of Blues is that the parking is crazy - but if you order a limo you can be dropped off right at the front by the sidewalks rather than hiking miles through a parking lot. Book today for your special events!

The Coach House is a cool little concert venue tucked in a strip mall in San Juan Capistrano. The venue draws some pretty fun acts - Lisa Loeb just played there this last Sunday.
Upcoming is Fan Halen - a Van Halen Tribute on 8/20- Billy Vera & The Beaters on 8/21 - then Jr Richards of Dishwalla on 8/27 and Berlin on 8/28 - yes Berlin the popular 80's electronica band.
Price for tickets vary depending on the band and the venue holds 480 guest with 300 seats specifically reserved for dining guests so come early and enjoy a dinner, drinks and then the live music.
Of course if you are taking a group of friends out to celebrate a birthday or anniversary - don't forget to book your Orange County limo or Orange County sedan service. For as little as $80 + tip you can book a non-stretch SUV for transfers from your house to the Coach House and then back. That works out to $22.86 per person + tip only for round trip transportation and DUI avoidance! Totally worth it!

Upcoming is You have the option of making dinner reservations for all shows, which gives you priority seating. The Coach House seats 480 guests and 300 seats are reserved specifically for dinner patrons; they are closer and more central to the stage.
The earlier you make reservations, the better your seats will be!

There is no doubt about it - the Fiesta Street Festival is a blast! There are three stages of live entertainment, contests and events like ice cream eating contest, diaper derby, pinata contest, pie eating, jump roping and hula hooping.
Of course in keeping with the "Spanish Village by the Sea'" theme we have the salsa challenge where the city's finest salsa makers compete for the best salsa awards. There is also arts and crafts exhibit, children's activities, classic car and motorcycle show.
Grab some yummy margaritas at El Ranchito or ice cold beers and Selma's Pizzaria. If you really want to make a party of the day, book a San Clemente limo to pick you and your friends up and drop you off close to the events - and then take you safely back home without the worry of a DUI.

Artists and art lovers alike enjoy the Sawdust Art Festival held annually in Laguna Beach. The festival is open daily now through August 29th daily from 10am to 10pm.
Live entertainment on three stages, outdoor restaurants, interactive art classes, the famous glass-blowing booth, and of course a wide variety of art media - paintings, sculpture, photography, ceramics, textiles, mixed media are all represented in the art festival.
Our favorite day is Wednesday when from 5pm-8pm the Sawdust Saloon becomes a yummy wine tasting venue where you can sample a variety wines from California's wineries. Order an Orange County limo or Orange county car service so you don't worry about drinking and driving after sampling too many wine varieties.
Parking can be difficult in Laguna Beach normally - but with the extra crowds attending the festival we think it is best to order an Orange County car service for easy drop off and pick up close the the action - along with the extra fun of not worrying about a DUI.
A Summer Season pass is $15 or you can pay for individual days at $7.75 for adults and $6.25 for children. Don't forget to order your Laguna beach limo for the most fun at the Sawdust Festival!

Most states allow consumption of alcohol by passengers inside limos and party buses in without any issue. And for sure in California limos and partybuses we know that you can drink on-board. The chauffeur and passengers are usually seperated by a partition and so it's pretty clear that access to "open containers" of alcohol is not an issue.
But Towncars and SUVs it is not as clear - there is no partion and so many people question if it is okay to drink in their chauffeured SUV. . . . It perfectly legal! The law that covers this is located below:
VC23229. (a) Except as provided in Section 23229.1 (minors not allowed alcohol and Limos can keep alcohol in a locked compartment in the passenger area) , Sections 23221 (passengers cannot drink) and 23223 (open container) do not apply to passengers in any bus, taxicab, or limousine for hire licensed to transport passengers pursuant to the Public Utilities Code or proper local authority, or the living quarters of a housecar or camper.
(b) Except as provided in Section 23229.1, Section 23225 does not apply to the driver or owner of a bus, taxicab, or limousine for hire licensed to transport passengers pursuant to the Public Utilities Code or proper local authority.
So bottom line it is perfectly acceptable and fine to drink in your chauffeured Orange County car service vehicle - like a Towncar or SUV. Be smart - hire an Orange County car service before you head out to your next event where you will be drinking. You can enjoy your cocktails on-board.
